   Just completed on our sale and in the process of buying. Thornton Jones was a recommendation from a friend who said their app was really good. I love it! So easy to see the next steps. Zanna was really approachable and knowledgeable. When I had a query she didn't just email back, she would call me to make sure I was clear. Holly was always there to sort out whatever was needed. Really great communication at every stage. Legal stuff can be a bit daunting but they made sure you felt comfortable all the way through. And the reception staff too. All lovely people. I would defo use them again and recommend Thornton Jones to anyone looking for a solicitors that take a more personable approach. Thank you so much.

   Jessica - Jessica was great as our solicitor on our home move. She was professional and was able to draw on her expertise to help us at all stages. This was particularly helpful as our move encountered multiple issues which Jessica was able to help us with to ensure we were finally able to complete - even when at times it felt like the whole chain was going to collapse for issues outside of our and her control. Natalie - Natalie was an excellent point of contact throughout our home move. Even when we encountered issues which significantly prolonged our move she was friendly and helpful and made the experience a lot smoother. She was very responsive and really helped keep us calm when things got stressful.
