   The manager of this centre Amy CLARKE has refused to accept a complaint involving a member of staff family support worker Hannah Howard visiting my child at school and witnessing bruising on her face point blank refusing to inform the welfare staff at the school but yet recorded it on her own records. I obviously contacted management to complain and wanted to take my evidence down. Instead the manager has told me to complain to sefton mash team whom also wont accept it. Sefton mash team have also had meetings in this building with this same manager from this centre whom witnessed the social worker claiming that my ex smashing toys up in front of my daughter because hes 'frustrated' with her and also scrubbed her teeth until they bled because she refused to do them does not meet childrens care criteria. (These incidents were also reported to the police whom havent acted) even though i have evidence. "Childrens centre"???? Not exactly in the best intetests of children more bothered about social workers being protected for lying about children and taking part in cover ups to help them.........ABSOLOUTE DISGRACE TO CHILDREN CENTRE. I have also found out that the signing in book.for CIN meetings is being breached the social worker who attended my meetings stole my signature to forged a document stating i gave her access to my medical records when i never. Amy clarke has been informed yet has failed to act on this therefore she knows that this is going on. This is in public interest if any body attends a meeting here DO NOT SIGN IN. This has been reported to the action fraud team lets hope they act soon before amy clarke (manager of this centre) threatens me with the police again. Not nice the truth is it! Disgusting practice

   Excellent, friendly and really helpful staff. Was made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. Our baby had his first baby massage class the next day.
