Super helpful staff as always. Ordered chars and other items that we not available in store at the time and delivery was really clear and fast too. Top it off it was free.
Everything for he home under one roof..plus a cafe..great coffee..snacks and cakes..lower prices than some cafes..have a mooch (LOOK) around..Have a snack drink then mooch around 1st floor depts.
Visited store in early October on a Sunday about made to measure blinds know one available Return two days later Made an appointment for curtains to be measured all our contact details and sizes given and recorded Told we would get a call by the of October no call Visited store today Had to wait 10 minutes to be served Apparently the lady serving us said there was no information about ou curtains order enquiry We have now placed order for curtains Experience so far not good Let’s hope curtains are good when they arrive
I was taken ill downstairs at the Redditch Dunelm store and taken to a chair and thoroughly looked after by Demi all the time who was very concerned and didn’t want me to drive home until she was sure it was safe. Ryan and Tracy also kept checking to see I was Ok. Sterling people who showed a deep concern. I was even escorted back to my car and my details taken to ensure i didn’t get a parking ticket (as i have had at both Tesco and Studley Co-op because i rest in the car if too exhausted to drive straight after shopping!) Can be messy at times. But they are not to blame. Lovely products and choice. I have learned now to check if things are in stock 1st or even "available at this store" Which is annoying as I do not fancy driving to Oldbury or Highgate.
Popped in for a coffee and browse. Coffee shop quite busy which was good to see, staff as welcoming as usual. Staff on shop floor helpful and polite. Good prices if your looking to makeover a room. Happy days.
Lots of stock. Free parking for 2 hrs. Staff were polite and friendly which I find very rare in stores now. Toilets were clean which is also rare in other stores.
Great home store. Shopping baskets were way too large for a small shopping trip, so I had to carry my intended purchases all around the store. Did look for regular sized baskets but couldn't see any. Service at checkout was great.
Without doubt one of the nicest stores, lovely staff, great range of products and the cafe is a real treat. The 'loaded' bacon bap was awesome, with a nice pot of tea, and the mince pie and cream for a quid topped off our visit. The cafe staff in particularwere superb. Disable parking, lift access, and all staff made it a pleasure. Can't raté highly enough. MERRY CHRISTMAS
