   5 stars for the staff at specsavers flint. Lovely optician who did the eye test. It was very thorough and explained test well. I hate having to go and chose glasses. I get overwhelmed by choice and to many people. Chris, the supervisor, noticed i was struggling, was patient, kind, considerate and made me feel like I had time to make a choice. She helped me identify what frames I may like and went and picked all of them herself to save me having to look which was a massive help. Very understanding that i was snxious, she talked through the options, what suited and what didn't. This was a massive help to me, and I have never experienced such support when getting glasses. No hard sell, just a good, kind-hearted person When I picked my glasses up, I was served by Emma. Again, she was kind and patient and had brilliant people skills. Made me feel comfortable and gave me all the time I needed. Would highly recommend this store based on the people skills it has

   I went into Specsavers in Flint with the intention of buying some contact lense solution as I had an issue with a lense and didn't have any solution with me at work. Josh was so helpful and let me use solution that they had in store aswell as a much needed mirror. Fantastic service! Thanks Josh

   Too processed, offers for cheap glasses invite large numbers of people. Eye test superb. After eye test care not good. Had an issue with my glasses steaming up in the lower section. Went back several times including to aoptician from the same company in another town, not one of the after care assistances offered a alteration. After a while I was told I'd left it to late to have any alteration done.

   Staff we're helpful however some things to note I am a type one diabetic so go for eye screening every 12 months which is basically a 2d scan of eyes, I was advised to have a 3d scan at an extra cost of £10 however this is pretty much the same scan as diabetic screening so really this wasn't needed but was done anyway, I also made it very clear I wanted a full eye test for myself and my partner and that I would not be buying glasses as had seen frames elsewhere, after the eye test I was hurried in to the shop where the Specsavers range was thrust upon me again I stated I'm very fussy and they didn't have the frames I wanted at which point the enthusiasm for helping me as a customer ended. I had to ask for a copy of my prescription as it wasn't given to me. No pupil distance measurement were taken which of course makes it difficult to order glasses online very unhelpful when you have paid for a full eye test, surely its my choice where I buy glasses from
