I have called these people 19 times and I've heard nothing from them; they're keeping a sofa I have paid for hostage. Do not use this company!
Bought one of their sofas in August 2021 and was overall pretty happy with it. It was comfy and delivery was fast. After about 8 months the seat cushions started bulging and after taking the covers off I discovered that they are made of 2 pieces of foam poorly glued together. I’ve contacted the seller and was assured by ELLA that the cushions are going to be replaced in 4 weeks time due to the factory being on summer break. I’ve emailed after 6 weeks- no reply. Emailed after another 4 weeks and in response I’ve been asked for delivery address and again reassured by Ella that I’ll get the replacements. That was the last I’ve heard from them and since then they’ve blocked me so I can’t email them again. My advice would be to save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
My sofas and dining tables are stunning 100% excellent quality prices are affordable compared to other shops (I’ve been to at least 10 furniture shops and they are all expensive and quality are just the same) delivery guy from hull was really friendly. Customer service from Facebook is really friendly and spend time to answer all my queries even if he’s on holiday(wedding) appreciated all the efforts! thank you so much!

Absolutely brilliant, we purchased a leather ex-display model, with the support from the main shop too, as we couldn't find the warehouse. Staff at the warehouse were fabulous, super helpful but no pressure to buy. Quick delivery and exactly as they said. Very pleased with our purchase. We will use them again.
Found a beautiful sofa in their Birmingham showroom the staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough. I paid for the corner sofa I found on the Sunday afternoon and they delivered it the very next day. The one side of the sofa was broken when it was delivered so I called the customer service and spoke to a lovely lady who asked me to send some photos and they would get back to me this was Monday afternoon by Wednesday they had called me back to inform me that I would have a replacement on Thursday (the next day) and I did. I didn't have any issues or problems and will go back to this company when I need another sofa. Great customer service and the delivery staff were also very professional great furniture and excellent service
