Poor insurance brokers. Initially I did read the reviews and used these guys as I thought the reviews would make me feel safe. Absolutely poor and rude service. I lost 400 pounds in just fees which include the firms hidden fees. My recommendation would be use a more reputable firm as it will save you headache in the long run.

After a bad spell with negative responses from the mainline insurance provieders my move to ACE was like chalk and cheese. They actually listened, gave good advice and offered a price beating service. I now want to stay with them. They definitely get my vote!s
I have been a customer of ACE insurance for two years now. The first years policy cost was expensive, as I was new to the trade, but still massively cheaper than everywhere else I looked and year two premium was significantly lower (even though I had picked up points in between) Every time I have called , the phone is answered within three rings, all the people I have spoken to have been extremely helpful and resolved anything there and then on the phone. Never have I heard the term “unprecedented times” This is how a company should be run, I’d like to know who the owner is and get him on the ballot for the next general election!! 10/10 ACE insurance, keep up the good work!
Told me upon quotation no Porsches I said we are a porsche specialist we require that cover they verbally agreed now 3 months later I’ve added a Porsche to my policy and they deny allowing them and trying to charge me extra massively. Completely misold my insurance and left my business not covered and at risk
Who Knows How Reasonably Priced They Are? I spoke to Hannah on the 7/4/21 in great, great detail (27 minutes to be precise) and after taking all my details she said she would ring me back with some quotes before lunchtime on the next day. Rather foolishly, I joked that she needn't rush as my cover wasn't required until the 1/5/22. My fault I suppose as I have never heard back from them. Alternative cover taken out elsewhere which may or not have been more expensive but they rang back so therefore they got the business.
