Really wasn't very helpful. I was disappointed as they had been highly recommended. So maybe it was just my circumstances.
Recently moved to uk from Australia, needed to renew van insurance, was going to cost an arm and a leg, Coversure rang up and got me a fantastic price, well pleased, will use them again
Been with them for years great team in Redditch Worcestershire. Every year I make them search the market for the cheapest quote, several times I've tested them and never found cheaper. Good with me I have always taken advantage of interest free four months credit.
A few days ago I contacted them regarding my van insurance. I gave the necessary data to pricing and I had to wait for the phone after finding the best offer for me. Until today, no one has called with any information about insurance.
I will not recommend this insurance company to nobody. Have my van insure with them when someone stealing the exhaust on my sprinter. They take my van to the garage and I have to wait 7 weaks to be replace the exhaust. I ask them to put original part on van and they didn't They use aftermarket parts wich probably was cost around 1000£ Bad services Bad communication Avoid
