   Awful experience with my car insurance quote was double anywhere else I’ve found since applying for new car insurance. I have never had a claim in 14 years driving and when I needed to provide my no claims I was told if not found I’d have to pay an extra £1,000 to original claim. My phone was continuously called whilst I was at work unable to answer when I returned call the man I spoke to on the phone was so rude and canceled my insurance instantly leaving me stuck to get home following complaining thankfully I was given an extra 7 days for cancellation however not given the chance to just make the extra payment so not to lose my policy which I would have ended up doing given the chance. All in all awful experience and would not recommend this company for car insurance to anyone.

   Very poor service. The advisor I spoke to didn't have a clue about the policy detail. Big deductions from my payments for fees that weren't made clear. Better off going direct or to another broker!
