   Been using the Wedding Insurance group for three years now and always found them to be competitive and really helpful in ensuring the right cover is in place, especially when things can get a little complicated with other insurers or doing it yourself. The added personal human interaction is also appreciated, with the ever increasing need to bang your head against a wall when dealing with AI chat, email and phone bots, it's nice they haven't gone down this path.

   Lyn from the wedding insurance group has been fantastic in setting up my policy. She is very thorough and answers every query with clarity, sound logic and honesty. This is the only insurer I've found that not only covers niche wedding businesses, but caters to your exact business type. It's rare to find this level of outstanding customer service, let alone them being available at the drop of a hat. I can't judge as far as claims as I haven't had to make one, however policy design and management are a 10/10!

   Having struggled for many years to find an insurance company that caters for the complex wedding industry I'm so pleased we found the Wedding Insurance Group. They answered our initial queries, have always been a pleasure to deal with and I've recommended them to many others in this industry too. I've another business and use them for that too. Not pushy or salesy, always polite, friendly and professional. I've had my insurance with them for years now, even though we only speak annually I always feel they know you. Never had any problems with any of them, in particular Crystal has always been a pleasure to work with, but the whole team have been great, answering my random questions when I may need to change things as the business evolves over the years. No hesitation in recommending. Worth a call if you're not sure.

   Another year and yet again exemplary service from Jayne Jordan and team at Abbeyfields Insurance (part of Wedding Ins Group) with the provision of competitively priced multi car insurance cover. I previously transferred my cover from a well known insurer and ended up saving myself circa £300 with enhanced Abbeyfields cover (increased classic car mileage allowance and any car cover) - all with the same underwriter and terms I had before. Changing was a no brainer. Genuinely, I wouldn’t use anyone else - not least for the ease of access to a knowledgeable friendly and efficient member of staff keen to help you. Thank you!
