   I can't fault Karen's service at all. I had a property sale fall through and then went on to purchase a different property - Karen was amazing throughout! As a first time buyer she was there every step of the way explaining the process and got me into the house in less than 6 weeks! Karen also really stuck up for me and was on my side throughout the entire process, helping, giving advice, chasing and pushing constantly to get me in the house in my desired time frame. Thank you so much!

   The daunting process of selling our home and buying a different one for the first time in 18 years was further complicated by a seller who didn't really know what they were doing and a buyer for ours who could be 'challenging'... I am unbelievably glad that we had instructed Karen at Pheby & Co to walk us through this saga. From the first appointment where the steps involved were clearly laid out, the costs involved explained in full and the expectations on us clearly defined. We had the support, guidance and communication you would hope for but never truly expect to receive. Karen's knowledge, patience and honesty were exemplary, coupled with her humour and the willingness to explain down to even my low level were truly enjoyable. Not a word I would have expected to associate with a conveyancing process... Both Karen and Julian were truly professional yet warm and obviously caring about us, not just as a client but as people needing their help. I cannot praise them enough for the way they do business and should we ever be daft enough to go through the process again, would not go anywhere else for legal advice. If you are looking for conveyancing help that is handled with care, professionalism and a unique human factor, I cannot believe you will find better.    Just completed grandmothers house sale with Pheby & Co. Karen was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole process simple, she clarified any questions I made, she rang me back if she couldn’t take my call straightaway, she answered emails etc. I’ve used Pheby for various things over the years, wills, LPOA etc and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

   Karen was did an amazing job of our house purchase! It was our first purchase and we had no idea what we were doing. She guided us through the process and gave great advise! Always there when we needed her with no question too small for her to help! When there were complications with the elderly seller becoming ill she sped up our purchase meaning we were exchanged and completed within the week! I would recommend them to anyone who is buying a home. Cannot recommend them enough!

   I have used Pheby and Co for my past two house purchases and would never even consider using anyone else. Our case was handled by Karen both times, who is the most positive, friendly and competent conveyancer I have ever met. Neither of our purchases were simple due to chain and property issues, she identified all issues, liaised with the other party's solicitors and got everything resolved, whilst keeping us updated. Absolutely brilliant service, would recommend for anyone wanting a fast and professional service!

   I was extremely impressed with the service I recieved from Pheby and Co for my recent sale/purchase. Karen in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept is informed throughout the whole process on a regular basis both via email and phone. Her professional and personable manner made understanding the process, which was beyond our knowledge, very clear. She resolved numerous issues with our onward purchase in a timely and efficient manner making what could have been a stressful process enjoyable. All this and with no scope creep to the quoted price. I was particularly impressed with this level of service given the current COVID situation and the fact that several other solicitors in the chain had been furloughed and were holding up the process. Overall one extremely satisfied client. I would not hesitate to recomend Pheby and Co to anyone wishing to instruct a solicitor for thier house sale/purchase

   Made the purchasing of our house one of the most stressful experiences imaginable. Dreadful communication. Emails arriving with us at 4am on deadline days. No real follow up on queries. Constant chasing for information and simply left in the dark for weeks on end. All documentation arrived late on every occasion. Meanwhile we have been in our new house for 6 weeks and they have STILL not completed the contract and paperwork for the leasehold - unbelievable. Avoid this firm and a woman called Karen, utterly outdated and unprofessional in every way.

   What Julian and Karen don't know about conveyancing isn't worth knowing! They have both given great advice and support to many of our clients and also keep us in the loop as an agency, which is very important. We find both Karen and Julian easy to approach. The receptionist is easy to talk to and friendly also. Karen ad Julian explain the options and processes to each of our mutual clients in a very clear, jargon free and caring manner. If you are looking for a local independent conveyancer who will do the best for you then look no further.
