Initially cheap but try making a change it goes up massively and then they charge large exit fees then hang up when you question it or lie about a callback that doesn’t happen

Our 3 cars have been insured through CVIS for several years. The service has always been outstanding. I have just renewed our policies and Tom Larkins was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Our renewal quote was once again realistic so I have not felt the need to look elsewhere.
Michael was very helpful when I called him about my car insurance. I have 4 classic cars 1 kit car and a modern car and he didn't bat an eyelid. He came back with a multi vehicle policy at a good price, that included rescue and recovery, legal insurance, agreed value and a lot more at a competitive price. I was able to start the with the cars where insurance is due now and add the rest onto the same policy later. When I checked the paperwork it was all accurate. What a refreshing change compared to some other Insurers I have recently spoken to!
I spoke with Joseph (Joe) Lee who was most helpful with sorting out my insurance for my Land Rovers, a 1952 80” and a 1986 90”, both ex military. Joe was knowledgeable and able to offer excellent advice and recommend a company that offered great value insurance for ex military vehicles. At no point was I feel any pressure to take up the quotes, and found the whole process stress free.
