   Where do I start, from the very first email to the very last email Nick and his team have been nothing but a support and a help in my remortgage. Offering help when needed and showing you up to date process to put you at ease that things are getting done. Nick has been absolutely fantastic ! He wants nothing but the best for his clients and to get the job done ! Threemo have been outstanding with my case and I would recommend them to ANYONE.    When Threemo were recommend to me by my estate agent I was a little sceptical as they weren't local to me and I was worried about managing everything online. But my worries quickly disappeared as Nicholas and Jake were very responsive, their online system is excellent and gives a clear overview of where you are up to in the process. Whenever anything wasn't clear to me, I was able to email or give them a call and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We used threemo for our house sale initially and then later for a house purchase and I am very pleased with the service and level of detail provided. I highly recommend Threemo and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience with Threemo has been so positive that I felt it was worth sharing. We recently completed our remortgage with them, which also involved repaying our Help to Buy equity loan, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I only wish we had known about Threemo when we first bought our property! For us, clear communication and attention to detail are key, and Jordan, our caseworker, exceeded all expectations. He was always prompt in replying to emails, and we never once had to chase for updates. We also found their online hub really convenient for uploading documents and keeping track of progress. Overall, we’ve been thoroughly impressed and would absolutely use Threemo again. Thank you for making the process so easy!

   We used Threemo for our remortgage, I found that the portal was great - easy to keep track of progress and upload any documents, my husband was not so tech savvy and couldn't use it, so does depend on the individual. Communication was always quick, normally a response next day if we sent a message the evening before. Couple of queries along the way but all in all sufficient and good value for money service for a remortgage.

   Can't recommend Threemo enough! They were amazing to work with, communicated quickly and they were very patient dealing with our buyer's solicitor. I loved the online portal - one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Sharing documents and seeing progress was so easy and we always knew what was happening.    Absolutely first class service! Would not deal with anyone else again. Becky is professional, helpful and very very responsive to any questions. She explained what was happening to me when I didn't understand something. The online portal is fantastic too, every step laid out and 'ticked' when that particular part is completed so it is easy to see how far things are in your case. I am so impressed!    This company is second to none. This is the third time I have used them and they have been absolutely amazing each time. You don't generally get that consistency in a firm. They keep you up to date with an app and emails, as well as phone calls, if required. They are always happy for you to contact them and, during what can be a stressful time, are always incredibly polite and helpful. I honestly can't rate them highly enough and would advise anyone in the country to use them. I am in Plymouth and initially chose them due to fantastic reviews. I am so glad I did. I would usually look local but with this type of requirement I wanted the best in the game, and they most definitely, didn't disappoint. Thank you Threemo, and the fantastic teams I've worked with, you are simply amazing.
