We had, overall, a positive experience from Avery Walters representing us in both purchase and sale. Communication at times we felt was not as frequent or regular as we would have hoped for - but this was at a similar time as a loss of staff who was attached to our file. Most importantly - this improved as the things progressed and we feel there was very good communication and there was clearly ‘above and beyond’ work being done during a difficult purchase / sale as we worked towards exchange and completion.
