   Very traditional appearance on the front with book cases in the waiting room and a very polite secretary. I did expect to see the grim reaper thumbing through the books measuring my worth and my ultimate neverending torture and dam............... There is no need to worry as they are very down to earth and will talk you through your needs and requirements. Both my mother and myself felt very comfortable dealing with these guys with regards to my late father's estate. Avoid the flashy no win no claim fly by night pop up solicitors, these people know their business and how to make sure your well looked after

   exceptionally poor service. they are acting for our vendors. we are in a chain that is entirely complete apart from an importance piece of admin that they have neglected to do. They have taken advantage of the good nature of our vendor by repeatedly fobbing her off, have been rude to our solicitors and when I called them the actual Partner hung up on me like a petulant teenager. Have given up chasing, suggest no one wanting to move house in a timely manner engages them.

   I cannot praise the service I have had from James Shedlow at Castle Sanderson /Spencer &Fisch highly enough. James has recently guided me through the signing of a new lease with a tenant for commercial premises. In 35 years of letting my property out I have never had such efficient service EVER ! Completed in record time it was such a relief from what is usually a fraught and expensive time. The work was carried out according to the quote with no 'frills' added on and I had above and beyond the advice expected usually connected with this sort of instruction. I would wholeheartedly recommend James and THANK him enormously.
