What a brilliant host Graham is! From booking, throughout the stay, and checkout were all smooth and hassle free. Nice comfortable room, spacious kitchen, and noise free. Thank you Graham. Will visit again, and I highly recommend others to do so too.

"If I’ve not had payment by 1pm I’ll assume you’re not staying tonight. We’ll take your luggage out of your room and resell the room. You can have your luggage back once you’ve paid." This is exactly the massage the owner told me just because the owner didn't wait at the door to collect money as our begining conversation. As a overseas traveller, how do you feel.

A hidden gem in the Chester City, with a good location, all facilities nearby. Graham is a nice gentleman, warm-hearted and very helpful. Room and bathroom are clean, people are friendly, I will book it next time without hesitation.

Perfect place! Don't hesitate to book:) clean and Graham was so accommodating and polite. Check out the olde cottage pub just nearby, probably one of the cutest (and cleanest) pubs I've seen in the UK so far.

The rooms are small, basic and with shared facilities like toilet and shower. Don't let this put you off though if basic is what you need, as the price is stunning for chester, especially if you max out the occupancy on a double bunk bed room. It worked out cheaper for me and a mate to have a double room and drive home rather than get a taxi back after a drinking night out. Bumped into graham on the way out (sorted check in via messages), from that short chat he's a friendly guy will get you sorted Location wise, brook street car park is cheap (cost me 5.50 parking overnight after 6pm into check out 11am). The rooms are 5-10 mins walk from parts of the main shopping street and bars, and the street the rooms are actually on do have a number of eateries and at least one convenience store

Oh, I wish I'd found this place earlier! It is just a brilliant find. It's location is perfect, whether travelling by train or bus. It's quiet, and has such a wonderful laid back vibe. Graham is such a good host, he's friendly and helpful, and makes everything so relaxed and welcoming. I met some nice people in the huge kitchen, and lounge area, too. I can't recommend this place highly enough. 5* Absolutely LOVED it!
