   I recently moved into Sumner House and have mixed feelings about my experience so far. While the location is appealing and the building has a certain charm, I've encountered a few significant drawbacks that future tenants should be aware of. Firstly, the rent is very expensive for what is offered. I expected a level of comfort and amenities that would justify the high cost, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. One of the most frustrating issues is the lack of a cooking stove. As someone who enjoys cooking, this has made meal preparation quite challenging. It would be beneficial if the management could consider adding basic kitchen facilities or at least provide more options for residents to cook their meals. In addition, the laundry situation here is less than ideal. Tenants are required to pay for laundry services, which can add up quickly and feels like another unnecessary expense on top of the already high rent. Having on-site laundry facilities included in the rent is standard in many places, so this has been a disappointing surprise for me. Overall, while Sumner House might seem attractive at first glance, the combination of high costs and lack of essential amenities has made my living situation less enjoyable than I had hoped. I sincerely hope that management will address these concerns for the benefit of current and future residents.

   This place is Chester University's student accommodation. Spacious rooms. It is located very close to the city centre. The coffee and tea room has couple of microwaves which can be used by the guests. Room had coffee maker, heater and hot tap water. The guards at the reception were a bunch of helpful guys. The building is next to TESCO supermarket from where pre-cooked meals can be picked up at a deal rate.
