   We were housed here due to homelessness and they made you feel like it was home, every staff member treated you with respect and helped where they could. The rooms weren’t too overly clean however they were liveable for a few weeks. The system for handing in your room key and signing in and out was very good, it ensured the safety of others it also helped me with anxiety knowing they wouldn’t just let anyone in!

   Please note. Images are not mine. They are from google to show the building. This hotel is used to house homeless. Recently a family member and children became homeless through no fault of their own. Council offered this as emergency accommodation to which we were grateful for but the place could do with a good deep clean. Some staff are friendly but others are a little more on the rude side and clearly lack empathy for peoples situations. Unless you reside there you are not allowed in. Facilities are very limited as clearly it’s poorly run and lack of organisation as everything is shared use. Unfortunately sometimes getting the keys to kitchen or laundry is a task as residents hold them in their rooms. Top floor rooms seem to have a distinctive odour of drains. Unfortunately there does seem to be a number of issues in the street with local drug abusers using entries as toilets or fights in the street. Looks nothing like the pictures as I feel these are images from when new.

   Fantastic hotel! It is situated about midway between the train station and town centre, possibly making it the best location to stay in the whole city. Everyone staying here is extremely friendly, polite, hygienic and generous! I'm having a lovely time!
