   Top class service. Paid upfront for the section 21 to be issued to my tenant and spoke with Marianne Steer who couldn't be more helpful! Everyone was happy to help whenever I called/emailed the office. My tenant luckily moved out but they refunded me the unused funds for the court proceedings. Not many law firms would do that! 100% would recommend to all my friends.
