Lovely owner. Pleasant stay in December. Rooms are quiet and clean. Great for walking into town.

If you want a place close to the train station, this is fantastic. Cute hotel, only 5-10mins walk from the main street and 3-4 mins from the station.

My friend first booked here for 3 days. In every sense it is such a nice place that I came back here twice. Once stayed for 2 days and again for 4 days. The manager Mr.Bash is really friendly and accommodative. House keeping is just excellent. Location is perfect, 3 min walk from the train station, 5 mins walk from the central bus station. Felt safe and comfortable. City centre and number of food places are close by. When I come back, I will come here again. Excellent for the price you pay.

So close to the station its ideal. Not far from town but quiet enough for it to not be a bother. Rooms were lovely and the keyfob entry made it feel really safe. Staff were really polite anytime we saw them. Could have done with more than 1 pillow each though.

Fantastic location, just a short walk into Chester centre. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities, ensuite with towels, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. I would definitely recommend booking here

I was dubious about what the hotel would be like due to the affordable price I booked it for but I needn't have worried. The room was perfect size and was exceptionally clean! It was warm, comfortable and quiet so I had a wonderful nights sleep. It is a 3 minute walk from the city centre so perfect location - the only downside is cramped and limited parking BUT the gentlemen on shift, parked my car for me and made it easy to manoeuvre out. Would definitely go again and recommend.

First, I need to say that we were very fortunate to be upgraded from a double bedroom to a suite in the annex and this review is for the suite, not the double bedroom. The location is 5 minutes walk to the city along a street lined with takeaways and small shops. The suite was very clean and consisted of a bedroom, a dressing room, a shower room and a kitchen. The bed was too firm and warm for my liking, but the room was very comfortable with a nice, large smart TV. The dressing room was a bonus. The shower room was small, but the shower was excellent. The large kitchen had a fridge, toaster and coffee machine, but no hob, microwave or oven. There was very little noise. The host was very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this property.

Lovely guesthouse in easy walking distance to the train station. Very easy check in. Room was well presented with tea & coffee making amenities. Whatever soundproofing they have added to the rooms work well - it was quiet all night. Would happily visit again.

The host was extremely kind and helped me with my bags. The room was very clean and cozy, and the bathroom looked very nice. After staying in a lot of hostels, it was a relief to stay here for a night. Next time I come to Chester I’ll be staying here!

This has more of an 'hotel feel' than a guesthouse. Exceptional, friendly & informative host (name was Bash). The rooms are clean & tidy, an added bonus is that it has its own small car park. An ideal place for a short city break.
