Came highly recommended "great insurers, have a policy for everything". However I called several times and they didn't pick up, emailed and told they would get back to me. Finally got through after 6 days. Told they could then sent to a different department, then they couldn't. Friendly people, but it seems not knowledgeable enough about there products and customers cars
