Frustrating. Unprofessional. Judgemental. Awkward. Difficult. Reaching above their role. The lady involved in the will dealings interfered and made her personal thoughts plainly clear which were utterly nothing to do with her!! And a final bill total of several thousand for a pitiful amount of will was laughable. The next will which is lodged with her already will go elsewhere to be sorted. Would I use or recommend this practice again? No! Way!
Went to these solicitors to sort through inheritance of a family members that had passed, and we made our intentions clear from the start of the proceedings, after nearly a years wait and a lot of hassle and chasing because the staff who was dealing with it, always seems to be not working. We finally get to the stage we can sign papers and get things moving, but then steph flies in the face of what we wanted and refused to put things in the name of whom we agreed. Instead doing it to somebody else, drawing the process of what we all wanted out for another year to put things in the name of who we agreed. They lie to your face, they will proceed with things how you want and then Change their minds because they have already been paid and have legal standings because they believe it to be best and not listen to what you want, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
After visiting here made me feel as though life had got easier seemed as though a weight had been lifted from my shoulders.
