   I have been working for a number of years with Lorna Connor for both property and business legal matters and found her to be extremely efficient and very prompt in responding. She answers both simple and complex questions with clarity and sensitivity and is highly recommended both from my personal and professional perspectives.

   Useless, would avoid. They dealt with a purchaser of my property and allowed the sale to fall through after 5 months. They cost the buyer a lot of time, money and anxiety, failing to respond to her communication. The poor lady was over 80, she had to constantly drive to their office to get a response. They also cost me a sale, money and time. My solicitors confirmed they were a waste of space. Looking at other reviews, it seems they don't really care about their levels of customer service!

   We were selling my mother in laws flat and lived over 200 miles away. Norton Connor were the solicitor appointed by the Management Company. Despite numerous calls and emails of which they rarely responded to, they just dragged their heels in producing the LPE1 Pack which was required as part of the sale. On one occasion one of the clerks said that I should not be speaking to them as I was not their client (despite us paying £390, for the pack) and she promptly hung up the phone. When I called back and spoke to Lorna Connor she was just as rude and just dismissed my complaint. They continuously tried to blame the administrator of the Management Company who said she had returned everything they requested and it wasn't until I statrted copying both into emails that things started to happen but at a very slow pace. I would not recommend them, they simply seem not to care.

   Lack of communication, chasing every step of the way. Documents sent and them not realising that they had received them until I called to check. Letters sent to request things that could have been sent in a text or made in a quick phone call. My husband felt that every time he called it was a huge interruption to them

   I've had to ring LCC to chase up the papers and in 8 months I've had one phone call from them. I never get updates and it's really difficult to speak to the solicitor dealing with the conveyancing. After 8 months it still has not been sorted. I would not recommend this firm whatsoever

   Never use again Very unprofessional and unfortunately I would never use again or recommend. We used them for the sale of our house and their math skills were slightly worrying especially as they were dealing with thousands of pounds of ours. I would also seriously question their confidentiality as we know our information was discussed with other parties. On top of all this they are very hard to get hold of!

   This was my first time using Norton Connor and I have to say it's the best experience I have had with a solicitor. Our solicitor Luke was first class to deal with, communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. On several occasions he went the extra mile for us and really made what can be a stressful situation (home move) as smooth as possible. I'd certainly use again and have recommend to friends.
