These guys are chasing me for money that i dont owe and they can jog on as they keep calling randomly
I’m appalled by the way this company operates. They buy people's debts for pennies on the pound and then aggressively pursue them to pay the full amount. It's one thing to collect on legitimate debts, but the way they force people into stressful financial situations is unethical and downright predatory.
Just had a email off this company saying thank you for registering with us, I didn't even registering with them, wo how they have my email address and the ability to to register me is interesting to say the least. Judging by all the 1 star reviews I can see they clearly don't run the company in a legitimate way.
Told me to spend less on food so we could pay them more even though we have a toddler & a second on the way. Absolutely disgusting company
This company should be shut down. Their underhand practices and blatant lies. People on phone need some serious customer service training as they show zero empathy and are rude and condescending, If you are paying for their services please go somewhere else! If I could give zero stars I would,
Lovely to see the one stars for this company, these put a charging order on my property and haven’t spoken to me for 7 years and before that never invited me to court. Now they represent the parent company Arrow global who is the sister company, bought a debt that didn’t exist off orange and decided to play god with my life. Drysden won’t accept offers and claim arrow have refused them. Simplicity is Drysden haven’t chased me or done anything I went to sell my home and find this bunch of leeches who incidentally have made me very poorly through all this to Point the chief Indian Begum sends threats! I have enough people need to make a stand against these bullies, wouldn’t mind but this debt 15 years old, Drysdens till I chased them to make a token offer to leave me alone done nothing. Shut down these bullies reading all the reviews seems they are a terror cell to ruin people’s lives
Joke of a company, hounding me for a debt that isn't even mine but one for a ex employee of mine Called and explained I'm not the person on your correspondence and ask to remove my details but they still keep calling and harassing me . Avoid this company at all costs , Rude staff and a company that does not deserve to be in buisness!!!!!
A Bounce Back Loan is an unsecured debt. If the company must liquidate, the lack of personal guarantees associated with the loan means it's treated as an unsecured debt. Unsecured debts are rarely paid in full on liquidation Remember if these are chasing you over a bounce back loan it’s legally an unsecured debt. They can send you as many passive aggressive letters as they want! You’re not legally obliged to pay it the debt is with the company. If you have any letters from them just return to sender without reopening them. It costs them money to receive the mail back. They’ll soon get the message
If I could give zero it would still be too many stars! I'm wondering what the hell the ombudsman is actually doing about this company and its disgusting way it treats people, at a time when many are suffering stress from so called cost of living crisis? Considering they chased me for an old dept, they make it extremely difficult to contact them or pay? What is this weird reference number all the forms ask for, why do none of the phones work and none of the online registration forms and why no email address? It seems they set you up to fail so it adds to the horrendous stress you feel. Absolutely shocking way to treat people.
