   I was passed onto HD Law from the Claims Guys for a plevin ppi case quite some time ago. Although the process did a while, probably due to Covid and other 3rd parties holding up processes. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Adam and Kevin, especially Adam for keeping in touch with me through the whole process from start to finish with my claim. It has now been finalised and I was very happy with the outcome. The company were thorough, polite and patient when I kept asking lots of questions. I would recommend HD Law, and would use then again in the future.

   I got PPI through however, it was not with this company. The first letter I received from HD Law was a threatening final demand. I tried to contact them by the number on the letter, however, even thought there was a selection to speak to someone, when you pressed it, it just gave you the option to pay them on the phone. I am not even sure this is the company I went through so do not wish to pay without speaking to someone, it could be a hoax letter with bank details of anyone. I was unhappy with this, however after confirming they had got me the ppi, I was happy with ease it came, but upset first thing I had from them was threat.

   This company had no contact with me other than 1 text in June 19 saying they would look into any ppi claims we were owed. In sept 19 we received a cheque from black horse who we contacted to see what this was all about. They said it was a ppi refund. We never heard anything from HD Law until today an invoice in the post dated September . We never signed anything with anyone and the photocopies of the letters they have included from black horse state that myself and my husband should of each had a cheque but we only ever received 1. What do I do ? Contact black horse to see where the other payment is ? I never signed anything with H D Law stating I would pay them any commission so do I have to pay their invoice ? This whole situation seems dodgy.

   I'm having real bother with this company . In Decemver I received a cheque from black horse stating that myself and my ex husband applied for a joint ppi claim . He has yet to receive cheque then they started ringing saying I owed them money . I dont even remember signing my name to anything . They said I did it online . They are a very dodgy company and I'm contacting the financial odbuds man as well as my own solicitor. I've asked them to send me the original claim I submitted but yet nothing . Stay well away from them . They will not be getting anything from me until this has been investigated

   Same experience as the last few reviews. Made an enquiry on line, not directly to HD Law, heard nothing, used a different company that I've had lots of contact with, signed contract, bank mandates etc. Then out of the blue received a PPI refund followed by invoices from HD Law. I didn't refuse to pay but sent a letter recorded delivery for explanation as to who they were and asking them not to act on my behalf in future. That was in August, then had nothing but bombardment of calls asking for payment. Sent emails and spoke to staff stating I just wanted in writing that they would not pursue further claims. Have heard nothing. Stay very far away from this company. I still don't know if the have more claims out there.
