The location works well as a staging point to exploring further into north Wales. House is a good size with on street parking and garden to the rear. Things to work on: Front door lock is strange, have to check a couple of times to make sure it locked / unlocked. Overall house is clean but decor and furnishings look tired. House had an aroma, like cooking smells but they never disappeared. Lots of little flies in the house. Chipped and dirty glasses. Frying pan could do with an replacing. Feels like place good go from okay to great with a bit of a spruce up.
