Without fail they have been fantastic. I have used other firms for conveyancing where I have been obliged if the other party is using BS, and am nearly always disappointed.

   Do not use this company!!! They have been dealing with my late mums estate. Was told on numerous occasions they were to busy to deal with my enquiry. Today I was told that I was harrasing them!!! They have had all the proceeds to my mums estate for 11 days!!!! I have had to distribute the money out to the benefactors myself as I was told it would take another 2 to 3 days to sort this even though they have had their details for 2 weeks. I did receive an apology from the harassing claim. It has taken them 14 months to deal with my mums estate. At every point I have had to chase. I have been made to feel that I was not important to them. It's distressing enough loosing our mum and thought we would just let the solicitors deal with everything. Well if you are prepared to do all the chasing and prepared for them to only do anything on your case after you have chased them then go ahead and use them!!!! But I certainly would not recommend them
