   Mr Cronshaw is Extremely Rude. Does NOT let you finish a sentence, talks over you constantly. Unprofessional with Text Messages. Really needs lessons in manners & what people's rights are under the GDPR. I have a right to ALL information held about myself. I have a right to ALL information & documents pertaining to a property for which I am a co-owner. Failing to provide this information on behalf of their client is considered concealing information. Maybe collating conclusive information should be considered before contacting people via text messages.
