   You can’t make changes to your policy online. They force you to call. Except they don’t answer and when the call gets to 6 minutes they cut you off. No way to cancel even in 14 day cooling off period. Messages also not responded to.

   I obtained a quote today for a trailer. I told Bushrah Bhatti who gave me the quote that I would discuss with my husband and come back to her, she pushed saying she would call me back later in the afternoon, I made it quite clear that we would not make a decision today. Despite this she called me and tried to pressurise me into taking out the insurance. She constantly talked over me and when so frustrated I told her to "shut up and listen" she had the cheek to tell me that I was rude and she was removing me from the system!! Awful service and quite frankly if they are like that to deal with when taking out a policy what on earth would they be like when handling a claim!

   Customer service is an absolute abomination they don't reply to emails they don't reply to voicemails and they basically don't care once they have got your money

   Impossible to get hold of them on any of the telephone numbers provided i would imagine they've either gone bust and taken your money or were a scam to start with
