   We could not be more grateful to the whole of Sophie's team at Open Law, but especially Samantha Marriage who deserves a medal and a pay rise! We couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to navigate us through a tricky process. She has kept us informed every step of the way and has calmed us down during some fairly stressful times. It sounds silly but previous solicitors we've used have felt very much like a corporate stranger, whereas Sam now genuinely feels like a friend. We're going to miss you and we'll be raising a glass to you on our first night in our house, Sam!

   Open Law solicitors are working on behalf of the people buying my house. We have no chain either end and, at 6 months in, we are still faced with delays. They don’t answer emails or phone calls and you can expect to not receive any response for a month. I have had to communicate with the buyers through the estate agent as we have had no response from these people. I feel like just calling it quits and putting the house back on the market. Do not use these people if you need work to get done.

   This conveyancer firm was great, up until they had to give us our cashback from the mortgage lenders upon completion last year. The worst of it was when I spoke to my conveyancer Rhys Dunn three times about the money due to us, and each time I had to explain what I was talking about. That was really weird and frustrating. I then spoke to Luke Underhill, who said he would sort out the situation. I gave him a couple of weeks to do so. When I eventually called the firm and asked to speak with him again after I heard nothing, the phone disconnected as the receptionist tried to put me through to his direct line. I called back immediately, only to get an answer phone message repeatedly. Absolutely shocking and unprofessional behaviour. The issue was only fully resolved once I contacted the legal ombudsman. Buying a house is stressful enough, however this firm made the last parts of it such a nightmare. Definitely would not recommend based on this experience. Absolutely disgraceful.

   Wow.... what a amazing firm, my purchase ended up taking 8 months due to sellers solicitors. Lisa, Donna, chloe and kara and probably others did everything in there power to get my purchase through due to personal circumstances I wasn't in a position to pull out but these guys made my life so much easier and went above and beyond there role. I honestly cant thank them enough :) highly recommend them.

   be careful we have been deceived. we entrusted the purchase of a property to open law and they gave us a quote of 900 pounds. we were renting a property until July 22, open law had promised to finish the documents a month earlier instead 2 days earlier, that is, July 20, they tell us that we have to pay 2600 pounds if we want to finish the documents. we had to pay not to be homeless. your answer below is a liar. never answer the phone or e-mails I have just received a letter from the leaseholder's company that after 4 weeks you have not communicated the change. shame on you they should take your license off you are a scammer. beware the positive reviews are probably false

Constantly kept us up to date and replied to enquiries promptly. I will definitely be using their services in future if and when needed.    Open Law have been incredible with our house move. Our Solicitor was Chloe Flynn and she was fantastic. The moving process was extremely stressful and definitely not a smooth ride. However Chloe did her best throughout to keep us updated and everyone else in the chain. She was professional, contactable and reliable at all times. We are so thankful for the service Chloe and Open Law provided. Would definitely recommend.
