My name is A McLaughlin and although the way they acted against me in a Debt Management capacity was inflexible and unreasonable, looking at TrustPilot, they seem to neglect their own clients too.

They fish for debts they have purchased. Remember, they have to prove it, not you. Send a letter of full denial alongside a provide and prove letter and inform them you are treating this as harassment from creditors. IF you can get a letter from the company DWF is claiming to represent, thus proving you are not related to the debt. This letter also proves dishonesty on the part of DWF. If the letter is dishonest, you can report it to Trading Standards, Action Fraud, Solicitors Regulation Authority and the legal ombudsman.

If I could give 0 star I would! Have sent multiple threatening letters saying I owe debt and they are due to collect it even though the so called debt that I didn’t owe to start with, got cancelled by the company. Sent multiple emails, left voicemails and when I did get through on the phone, she couldn’t wait for me to get off and said that she hadn’t received any emails. BS Stay clear of these crooks. they have Caused me so much distress.

Sadly a law firm who think a supplier does NOT have to send any invoice for payment but expects payment to be received Another example where a certain section of society is disconnected from the reality of 100s of years of history, practices known and followed all over the world Legal advisors show poor education to the very basics of business contract law

I’ve continuously tried to get in touch with this company, they transfer you from person to person and then tell you they can’t help and are very rude ! I received paperwork from them to return months ago which I did and it’s been completely ignored! Absolutely useless!

Absolute shambles- nearly 3 weeks of dealing with this company. They are acting on behalf of BT after damage to my property. Nothing has been replaced- keep getting fobbed off by one of their consultants dealing my case. Left me with mouldy flooring, I’m out of work because my work equipment hasn’t been replaced! After reading the reviews I’m not at all surprised. If you get offered to have this company represent you then refuse refuse refuse! Tell them you’ll source your own representation.

Difficult to deal with - took me 30 minutes on the phone to establish something that should have been easily available. One of their senior people would, no doubt, charge a couple of hundred pounds for that level of time and frustration. Ciaran. Dublin.

Hypocrites In my case they constantly keep changing "the first contact person" in order to avoid clarifying the matter, they treat the Law as a pile of rubbish and use it selectively, Also they attach FAQs to their letters which are a bunch of nonsense and have no legal basis. I look forward to taking legal action against them. Be warned crooks and thief's at work. Here.
