The best place to go for anything you need by way of pine furniture, pictures and frames, tables and chairs, etc, etc. Advice always offered and they even do repairs and maintenance too. Friendly and helpful staff are always on hand and the parking is easy too. We come back here for all our stuff. Give it a try.
Heard great reviews about this place, and was on the hunt for an ottoman/toy box as a relative had one which is over 31 years old and still in great condition. To my surprise when I walked in the owner advised there was a pine one that was just out of the workshop and had been treated that morning and was ready to go. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend a visit! Very friendly team and lots of great items new and old.
Still the best local furniture store around. Great quality furniture that can all be adapted of modified to your need. Staff all very experienced and worked there for many years. Great value but you get the after care and ongoing service you do not recieve from mass produced Swedish firms.

Be far the best local top quality furniture store! It’s so well maintained, easy parking, a huge variety, comfort to explore, and frequently checked on by the owner (possibly) to see if I needed any help. Furniture is made to order which was new to me and made the experience even better. You can put down a deposit then pay the rest upon delivery. Highly rate the flexibility. If you’re around the area and looking for furniture, I would recommend!
First time we have used Rowlands and very pleased with the experience. We visited the shop recently and met Rob who gave us an excellent description of the product and ,prior to the visit, he was very responsive to the e-mails I sent him with a reply within hours. Lastly, the delivery drivers were very careful and obliging.
Popped into Rowlands for a browse and ended up purchasing a wonderful storage unit that is practical and pretty. A very well made, solid piece that will stand the test of time. The price I thought was very reasonable for the quality. The team at Rowlands were extremely helpful and happy to assist when I asked for measurements and helped me to get the furniture into my car. They would also have been happy to deliver if I would have had the need. The team were just as helpful and friendly a few back when my parents purchased a dining table and chairs set. Everything is of such good quality. Very pleased to be able to shop locally at Rowlands. I highly recommend.
