We wanted a new bed but didn't know what type (divan, slatted, lift up etc) or what type of mattress. Lance was very patient whilst we chose what was right for us. Delivery was quick and team that built it, very polite and tidy.
I made a small online purchase from The Bed Post. Sadly, due to no fault of theirs i had to return the item. I have to say, the customer service i received was excellent. And i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I bought a divan bed at the Bed Post about 10 years ago and it was time to replace it. The base was fine, so I just bought a new mattress. I popped in a couple of times and Lance gave me very helpful advice. I ended up going for a quite firm memory foam mattress which has been brilliant giving my old back that little bit of extra support that it needed. Recommended both by myself and The Bobster!
The Bedpost were really helpful when I needed a new mattress. They were really knowledgeable and I learnt info relating to mattress comfort which I hadn’t known about. The quality of the mattress I bought is excellent and they offered to deliver on the day that fitted in with me. Excellent service and will definitely go back.
Having been let down by a major furniture store we visited The bed post hours before they closed for Christmas. Great service in store and delivery arranged for the first possible slot after Christmas. Bed and mattress arrived on time and assembled by the delivery team. Really impressed by the service and quality of the bed and mattress. Lesson learned support your local stores , quality and service far exceeds the big stores.
Really love my stunning new bed - excellent quality. Brilliant service too - the delivery guys called to let me know when they were on the way. Put my bed up and took away the packing too. Would highly recommend.
As a returning customer, I know I will receive exceptional service from this company. Lorraine is great to work with and all of the bespoke items I have made; bed valance, wave curtains, Roman blind have been of a high quality. So I automatically return when I need anything else. I also bought a new bed mattress from them recently and the whole process was managed very satisfactory, arriving on time and delivery drivers unpacking and taking away the old mattress and any packaging. I would not hesitate in purchasing any items from this store. It was a friend who for years had been telling me how she always purchased new beds from the Bed Post. I now know why!
