   Do not buy from here. The salesman did not explain to my parents this sofa could fit through their small corridor and now they are stuck with smaller sofas when he didn’t explain that they can assemble the sofas in your home so you could purchase bigger sofas. Now my parents have lost a huge chunk of their savings on small sofas instead of the bigger ones. The salesman has explained to them that this is not his problem as he didn’t understand what they wanted. This company doesn’t even have a refund policy for items you want to exchange let alone RETURN.Their sofas are brand new and they refuse to let them change them to spend more money in their shop! Ridiculous!

   Went to Hayes Branch to pick up a mirror and they were super helpful. We've had issues with ordering mirrors , damage and refunds from other large retailers previously, which we told the guys here and they were very accommodating so we got what we wanted . Went above and beyond. Huge thanks guys .

   The furniture is fine, no problems with that. However the delivery people just dumped the packaging in our driveway and left. K furniture say that apparently it's in their Ts&Cs that they will leave their rubbish behind. I've had a lot of white goods and furniture delivered in my time and there has never been any quibble about the fact that packaging is taken after delivery. Poor service.

   This company should be shut down- unfortunately they utilise the loopholes in the legal system well so they are protected from customers like me wanting to take legal action against them. We purchased a table and chairs and paid extra for delivery/ set up. They arrived and hurriedly put the table together however during this process, the table was damaged and a crack formed in part of the table. My husband signed the delivery note (they asked for a signature confirming they had attended and delivered the table) which he signed.Upon a detailed review, we identified the crack and when we told them, they informed us that the delivery driver said there was no damage and therefore it must have been us who did the damage!! I am so disgusted with them and I'm now left with a cracked table which I have never even used! I really hope this review protects others from being conned like we were!AVOID at all costs!
