   If I could give Chaplins more than 5 stars I honestly would! The whole experience was fantastic. They contacted the manufacturer directly about a question I had (something another shop that I had contacted didn't do), they matched the price of the other shop, they were friendly and professional on the phone, they kept me updated on delivery times and also the delivery team was super friendly. They unpacked the chairs inside their van and took all the packaging away. Everyone I dealt with was just super nice (not at all in a cheesy salesperson kind of way), very professional and good at what they were doing in their respective role of the process. With a good bit of experience in buying things online Chaplins were just exceptional. Thank you Chaplins, it makes me enjoy our wonderful chairs even more!

   I was really excited to make the trip to the showroom however I was very disappointed. The staff were rude , dismissive, a complete waste of a journey . I’d rather go to Harrods or FCI where they treat people with respect rather than make them feel that they are being disturbed especially by those working in the so called office at the end showroom . Don’t judge a book by its cover ,I’ll take my business else where

   Melvin was really helpful and friendly and communication was great whilst he sourced the fabric for our new seat covers. The delivery guys arrived early and were also very friendly and efficient . I did feel for them as they had a dog and 3 cats to fend off but they did so with a smile. The covers were not easy to fit but we appreciated them doing so. The covers look fab and we are so very pleased. Would definitely recommend Chaplins - great service from everyone we dealt with.

   Chaplains is a very respectable and luxurious furniture store in Hatch End. A lot of ideas for the home and very very creative pieces they have. Found this red chair and ball chair. Staff are really friendly too. Store can get quite busy. There is parking available behind the store. Good choice of tables, mirrors, beds and lights.
