   I’ve been working with Mel from the Neatsmith Pinner Branch on Uxbridge Road. They have been exceptional in helping me with wardrobes for bedrooms, desk for study rooms, Media wall cabinets and bay room seating during my renovation. Let’s get it out of the way. They are more expensive than other companies that you may get quotes from but as the age old saying goes….”generally, you get what you pay for” and this applied to me in my case. I used another company for other rooms in the house (as my budget only allowed for main rooms to be Neatsmith) and I with many others who visit can genuinely see a difference in quality of carcas, hinges, finishing on trims and bespoke elements. During the design phase, I met with Mel during numerous meetings. She really helped bring my ideas to life. She was always accommodating even when my designs needed adjustments before finalising and she helped each and every time going above and beyond. She came to visit the property so she could really see the space we were working with during the design phase. The visuals she produced were top and adjustments and updates were made in a timely manner. During the measurement stage, I was pleased with the items discussed which helped me ensure that the fitters would not have any trouble and I could action with my contractor earlier rather than later. Some things picked up during measurement phase were light fittings/sockets that need moving. They made note of the schematic of the whole area and not just where the cupboard would be fitted. Fitters came and were on job. Worked well with electricians and other tradesman as and when required and were clean and tidied up after themselves. Couldn’t really ask for me. They communicated with me promptly on any adjustments and decisions that were required we worked together well. This was a consistent theme with a lot of their fitters as I’m pretty sure I had 4/5 different fitters throughout my project. For the the main cupboards I’ll add some pictures so you can see but below I will elaborate on what I believe to be the best elements of my project where they really catered to my requirements and where in my opinion I was really happy with them. 1. media wall cabinet. I needed service access for A/C and Ventilation, sockets and wires from TV to cabinet. They were able to meet my requirements as seen in the attached picture. 2. Cupboard element needed to be bought forward to hide ventilation pipes and they were easily able to suggest ways to box these off and done it amazingly. 3. Bespoke bay window seating area. Really happy with this one. Feedback: My only suggestion for the team would be to incorporate zigbee/matter LED’s in cupboards to allow for greater versatility.

   We were recommended Neatsmith by a family member and they did not disappoint! Mel at Neatsmith was lovely, gave us ideas, was very patient as I went back and forth with her multiple times about my idea and her customer service was impeccable. She was very thorough and always answered any questions I had. Katie from Neatsmith was also great, customer service once again impeccable, provided us with all the information on a timely manner. Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me remember the gentleman who came to fit the wardrobes but his work was absolutely perfect. He would come, tackle the wardrobe on his own, wouldn't disturb us at all but his eye for detail was honestly very good. All in all, I am very pleased and happy with the final wardrobe in my room. It was something I had wanted to get done for a very long time and it is very pleasing to see finally in action, just how I had envisioned it. Highly recommend anyone to get in touch with Neatsmith if they are thinking off getting wardrobes fitted.

   We reviewed over 6 wardrobe manufacturers of varying sizes, popularity and prices, and every time their standard was inferior when compared with Neatsmith. From the honest and exemplary customer service (from Hannah and Katie), to the workmanship of the product, the exceptional quality of the fittings and a value per price factor which was surprisingly better than many of the others; Neatsmith always came out on top. Just when it couldn’t get better, Andris’ fitting skills and attention to detail were unsurmountable. Every one of our four wardrobes was fitted with extreme care and skill coupled with a courteous customer manner that was always ready to please. My wife and I are probably the fussiest people when it comes to our home which is why it's not often that we are so impressed! The end products look fabulous and have lifted every room to a new level of luxury. The entire Neatsmith experience has been exceptional from beginning to now and hopefully in the future.
