We visited this store a while ago but it’s taken me long time to write this as I don’t like giving bad reviews. But having spoken to others who have had unsatisfactory visits I thought I would. We walked up the stairs (from Dreams) to browse when out of nowhere we heard someone shouting “excuse me”. The salesperson had left the customers he was with across the floor and was striding over to us and then preceded to say that their products were much more expensive than those on offer downstairs so we might feel more comfortable down there. I was genuinely humiliated! I think we can judge for ourselves what we can and can’t afford and don’t need such unsolicited advice just because we might look younger than other people in the store. This was also made worse by the fact the couple this person had left were obviously watching the whole thing as were other people. I certainly wouldn’t return as it’s really tarnished the brand for me. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered 10 days ago but have no update as to when my bedding will be sent. Have called 4 times but they are "investigating". To get a refund will take at least 7 working days - shocking as they could take my payment within seconds but cannot refund as quickly. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Oh my god what a hell this is. Let me start with the girl in Watford branch was lovely as well as the delivery people. My bed turned up with the wrong legs and a mattress too short for the bed so it had to go. They took my bed and we had to wait a week for the other bed to go. Now we have no bed so had to buy a quick one for £500 I didn’t want. Now I’m trying to complain and get someone to deal with this and the service is absolutely horrendous. No one no where is getting back to me. They couldn’t care that we are left sleeping on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy
Unprofessional salesman, rude and simply racist. couldn't catch his name as he simply wanted us out of there, Came at 03/02/23 around 2pm.

Customer service is amazing. Got a bed frame that we loved but unfortunately, it was not fitting in our bedroom. Got the full refund on time.
