   Linda came across as an excellent salesperson — right up until we handed over our money. After that, the service collapsed. When I questioned her about delivery delays, she was rude, arrogant, and downright dismissive. To anyone thinking of buying here: be very careful. Pay by credit card and learn your Section 75 rights. Don’t be fooled by the intimidating-looking contract — the Consumer Rights Act can knock down a lot of their clauses if you follow the right process. If you like something in the showroom, don’t buy it there. Go home, order it online, and secure the maximum legal protection. It could save you a lot of frustration.

   I wish i can give zero star. Never consider buying sofas from this place , staff is very rude. I went to see sofa and was much interested in brick sofas , was first given price £ 13000 without discount and then before i walked out from the store they reduced it to £9800 . I called John store manager and he agreed to give it for £9000 but gave me time limit saying Monday evening. I called on Tuesday morning and I was told you didn’t call on Monday so can not offer £9000 any more it is £9600 now , today i called again to see any boxing day sale , lady answered and spoke to john because he was aware that I am the same lady on the phone who was interested in Brick sofas , he replied saying now it is £9800 . They make up their price anyhow they want . Stay away and read the other reviews before considering to buy it from this place .

   We had excellent service from Linda. The furniture is really high quality and the staff were very helpful and knowlegable. We had time, space and help to make our decision. We were guided through options and felt we were being helped to find the sofa that meets our needs and our budget, there was no pressure or upselling. A really positive experience. There is a long lead time on delivery, but we feel that has been clearly communicated to us in an upfront way. We know how to get in touch if we need to and what to expect regarding communications during manufacture and delivery. We are really looking forward to getting our lovely sofas.
