   One of my favourite shops and I have bought lots of Neptune items for my home over the years, but the Chesham store is a place for inspiration and ideas all year round but especially for beautiful Christmas gifts - the staff are both knowledgeable and helpful with time to talk through purchasing options. I love the atmosphere they have created; calm, warm and homely. I didn't realise the Fizz & Festivities weekend was taking place but I was able to buy a beautiful hurricane lamp with a 15% discount and was also given a pretty nightlight 'house' as a complimentary gift; and I bought some glass Christmas decorations which I use as little presents for friends, and left feeling very satisfied and happy with my purchases. The store was beautifully dressed and the staff were good natured and had time for every customer, as always. An outstanding experience.

   We asked Neptune to give several rooms in our new home a makeover. The team at Cheltenham were so helpful right from the start and professional throughout. Amber, our kitchen designer, understood exactly what we had in mind and delivered a beautiful kitchen with everything we asked for and more. Expertly coordinated by Vicki, Toby fitted our kitchen - a master craftsman, wow just wow! Elsewhere, Flo’s creative flair was brilliant combining some of our existing furniture with new pieces creating a real warmth. Lucy our stylist for the day brought everything together for the final transformation. Magic! Amazing - thank you Neptune, Cheltenham and Tonbridge a truly wonderful experience.

   This is an amazing place to visit. There are so many beautiful things to look at you could spend hours pottering around. The staff are friendly and attentive. I had some time to kill because I was having my tyres changed at a local garage, so the girls let me sit in the garden area and even brought me a chilled glass of sparkling water. Thank you for that. My purchases were wrapped up beautifully in tissue paper and given to me in a jute bag. It was such a pleasant experience. The bluebell and honeysuckle hand cream that I bought smells absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back to purchase more items in this range, when I next visit Chesham. I highly recommend treating yourself to something special from this classy, home furnishings store.
