    I so wish I had read these other reviews before placing an order for a settee costing Β£1560 with Allissias Attic. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I awarded one star because I could not post my review without doing so, a minus figure would be more appropriate in my opinion Before I ordered the settee I was told the item was in stock with delivery 7-10 days. After the purchase it was 10-14 days, then they had no idea when it would be delivered as they never had the stock at the shop and the supplier was not responding to their enquiries. They offered a cancellation which I accepted. The refund did not arrive as expected, I chased and was advised it would be 7-10 days as they alleged that they had paid for the settee in advance . The refund did not arrive, nor was any communication so I had to raise a dispute via my credit card asking them to enforce a claim under section 75 of the Credit Consumer Act if necessary. Today my credit card upheld the dispute & refunded the Β£1560. I honestly believe that had I paid by cash debit card or bank transfer I would have had to take legal action to recover the amount I paid. It's been a very stressful few weeks but I now have the settee from another supplier. It cost a little more but worth it for first class customer service. My advice would be to avoid purchasing via Allissias Attic remotely.

Since the order, we have received no correspondence from yourselves despite multiple calls and emails.     It took me a long time to find this beautiful coffee table and truly unique. The delivery people were great and put the table exactly where I wanted it, first class service and will definitely use them again.

    Ordered a wall mounted stag, he has arrived and is beautiful. Took a little longer than I expected to be delivered but it’s a busy time of year for everyone. The courier was lovely too! Many thanks.

    Very disappointing purchasing experience. They emailed to say they didn’t have the product we’d ordered in stock and then recommended an alternative. So far so good. We had second thoughts about the furniture (completely our responsibility) and when I enquired about returns, the very dismissive sales assistant informed that they would charge for the initial free delivery, would not support any returns (I fully accepted to have to pay) and then would charge a 30% restocking fee. All in all the return cost would be about 50% of the purchase price. I have no idea what the shop is like in twickenham, but would NOT recommend buying online.

    11 Oct - I placed an online order. 12 Oct - Allissias Attic gets in touch to say it needs two weeks to bring the stock into the UK. Fine by me 1 Nov - I chase order 2 Nov - Response: "We hope to have the delivery this week - will send out as soon as the stock arrives with us" 9 Nov - I ask if stock has arrived. No reply 11 Nov - I ask to cancel my order as it has now been a month since I placed it 12 Nov - snippy response: "I advised on the 2nd November that the item would be shipped as soon as we received the stock - this is coming from Europe so please understand the delays associated now. I'm happy to cancel your order - sorry you are not willing to wait." 16 Nov - I receive my refund minus a Β£3 "merchant fee". I am told this is because I'm the one who cancelled the order. I know that it's only a few pounds but this seller has now really annoyed me. After sending several emails requesting my Β£3 back (all of which were ignored), pointing out that the site's T&Cs mention nothing about retaining a merchant fee, I finally got it back through my credit card provider. I usually try and support small businesses but my experience with this one has left me scarred. Eventually, I bought my item through Amazon for the same price and it arrived three days later. Do yourself a favour and don't shop here. Or, if you do, pay by CC and hope you don't need to use its awful customer service. An awful retail experience

    absolutely delighted with my service. I phoned the shop before i ordered on line and they were fantastic. My purchase only took three days as they stated it would to arrive and although it was large but very delicate it arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. The delivery person made me open it in front of him as the owner of the shop was concerned that it arrived safely. I would definitely use this Company again and i will also be recommending them to my friends.

    Bought a gorgeous set of 2 coffee tables, paid for express delivery and received the item in time for a family gathering. They look amazing and I'm really pleased. The customer service was excellent - speedy responses throughout.
