   I and my wife went to buy a mattress and a bedside cabinet. One salesman was serving a customer and two other salesmen were chatting with the girl near the till. My wife waved asking one of the to come over as we needed advice. They ignored us. We walked out and we to Bedtime which is near Dreams. The salesman greated us showed us all the different mattresses and bedside cabinets. Everything was explained clearly and will bought the times. Please beware do not buy from Dreams if you want a good quality mattress or bed. Dreams have a sale all 12 months!

   Have purchase a few beds and mattresses from this branch of dreams now. Having visited a few different stores and teams branches, we found this to be the most useful. Nish was extremely helpful and matched ours needs with the products. Thanks to his approach and help, I will be visiting the branch first when we need any beds or mattresses.

   I think dreams have got to be one of the best places to buy beds and mattresses I was served by the amazing John at Ruislip and I couldn't believe it I was tested on an Xbox computer simulated which is only available at dreams mattress which tested to see Which best mattress was suited for me amazing couldn't believe it John Lewis sales assistant was fantastic and very knowledgeable we did the deal there and then I purchased a really special mattress and then John through in some extras as a token gesture I will definitely be buying my pillows and duvets and future beds and mattresses from dreams at Ruislip I bought a mattress from Benson for Beds and wasn't really happy how long it lasted we tried eBay after that one exhausted and unfortunately eBay's mattress didn't perform I think this one from dreams will do us proud thank-you dreams and thank you John for your hospitality and the coffee

   Bought 2 beds from here on a Friday no fuss, no hassle, in and out within half hour. Come Wed the price had dropped so popped into store next day. Paul & John were fantastic as they price matched the beds and arranged a refund of the difference. Great friendly customer service and can recommend.

   Dreams' driver blocks the driveway and we have to wait for 25 mins and driver argues we have to wait for only 2 mins which isn't and the other staff/driver says it is not our problem if we have to wait. The note which they expected us to read mentioning which house they were, was placed in front of the vehicle and the front of the vehicle was parked so close to the wall and we had no idea that there was a note and they can't expect us to find it. They also mentioned this is not a nuisance to the residents' cars that they were blocking, and they were not being considerate to other people. I can't give a rating below 1, should be 0.
