   BE AWARE and Do not trust Lowell or have any dealings with them, they are parasites as they obtain a financial gain at an individual's demise. Lowell have listed me with a credit bureau for an amount owing to O2 for £12.00 for an account that I do not have. I have written to Lowell requesting details of the so called account that I have with O2 and they don't even bother to acknowledge my letter never mind respond. I believe that they acted fraudulently resulting in a negative affect on my credit rating and a financial loss.

   They have been constantly sending me messages about how they can help me. This has been going on for 4 years. Firstly I don't need help ,secondly they keep calling me Benjamin molloy, that's not my name . Wish they would just give it a rest and stop hassling me.

   Horrible company, I have just spent over an hour on the phone talking to an employee of Overdales Solicitors, a spin off of Lowell Portfolio & Lowell Solicitors. Apart from having to keep re dialing to speak to somebody, after being cut off there times, they have no idea of public service. The staff employed are extremely unhelpful and will not tell you their name to make a formal complaint. I have just spent over an hour talking to somebody who is completely incompetent and when I asked to speak to a senior manager just constantly fobbed me off. He supposedly kept talking to a senior member of staff who gave the person I was talking to advice. I am not able to speak to anyone superior and have just been told that someone will possibly ring me back in 72 hours... Unbelievable way to run a company, let alone a 'Solicitors'!

   This particular company or whatever they call themselves are thieves, I was owing 3G £289.72 and this guys stated on my credit file that I am owing £419.55 and I even tried to pay it in full but they keep saying the actual amount payable is £499.55. I had to seek legal advice and I was told to contact 3 mobile and when I call 3 mobile said what I am owing them is £289.72 and not £499.50, I immediately ask them if can pay to them directly and they said yes, please guys check with whoever you are owing correct amount as this cowboy company will inflate the amount. I will have to take them to court as they are not honest. Scammers that’s what they are.
