They were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of putting our home back together.    We were delighted to find the mattresses we wanted at FCI at a fair price. While in the showroom, we found small beautiful circular marble side tables in different sizes that we didn't know we needed. We were able to choose the marble and the sizes to be manufactured in Italy. Since they arrived, the tables have been well used. We found the team extremely helpful and the entire process of ordering, paying and delivery efficient and customer friendly. The showroom is full of handsome, well made furniture. If we were in need of anything else, we would not hesitate to return to FCI

   Ricardo at FCI provided great customer service with his expertise and advice. From choosing, ordering and keeping us informed throughout the delivery process. We purchased 6 dining chairs and 3 bar stools. Although the wait time for the arrival and delivery of the products was long, it was worth the wait. The quality of the chairs and bar stools are excellent and fit in with our kitchen / diner well. Will be returning to FCI for future purchases as superb overall purchasing experience.

   Superb service all round from FCI London! From the initial meeting with Cristina at the FCI London showroom the service I received was fantastic. I was shown appropriate items for my needs as well as given great help with how and where I could place them within my property. Cristina helped me design my pieces immaculately, and nothing was too much trouble! Delivery was in line with initial expectations and communication throughout the process was regular. The delivery teams were efficient and called before arrival, then ensuring I was happy with placement and took all packaging away.
