Bed was delivered today. Delivery guys were polite, extremely careful as we have new flooring. Took time to show us how bed came apart should we need to move it. Very pleasant.

I purchased a mattress instore. This wasy 1st ever visit to the store as I never knew they were actually in the Ashley centre despite going there many times over the years. My experience was excellent, very professional sales staff, patient and not in any way pushy. The after sales communication was excellent and the delivery and removal of my old mattress was undertaken by 2 very pleasant delivery men. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. 10th march 2022 review. I recently returned 4 very expensive pillows (£280.00) as they were not suitable. 3 were not used, but I tried 1 for the night which had been their one the used on the bed for customers to try out. I had a totally different experience this time around, the sales staff were friendly and helpful, but on returning the items the store manager was very unhelpful, surly obnoxious and rude and just wanted to talk over me and not listen. I was contemplating buying 2 sofas from there my wife and myself were looking at, but now I won't be shopping there again.
I looked all over the internet looking for my perfect bed, I knew I could get a better deal on line but as I was about to part with over £3,000 of hard earnt money, I thought I should try out a few beds first! I found Barnes & Fadden via the Hypnos main web site and all I can say, from the first telephone call to the actual experience of the shop and Declan who advised and looked after me, it was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, polite and just easy to talk to! There was no pressure sales tactics, (which we all hate!) Just information and patience! He allowed me to try out as many of the beds that he thought would be good form my specific back issues and I settled on the Wool 10 by Hypnos! I cannot recommend this shop or this lovely man enough! if all high street shops had sales assistance like him than I know we would all be back on the high street shopping and not on the internet!! Having trawled round all the big named furniture stores in Croydon and Guildford, we found our new sofas practically on our doorstep. The Epsom branch has way more stock on show than I'd thought. The staff were helpful but not remotely pushy, leaving us to browse and consider our purchase. They also let us take swatch books home overnight to see fabrics in situ. We were kept informed on delivery lead times, and the delivery team were really helpful, efficient and Covid safe. I thoroughly recommend and would go there first next time!
Nice shop, let down by poor customer service. I bought two pictures and once they had my money, not a hint of help to get my purchase to the car so I had to struggle on my own. Not impressed!!!
