   If I could do 0 stars I would. I moved into a new home and booked my bed to be delivered the same day we moved in. They didn't show, I has to keep messaging and finally late that night I was told they wouldn't deliver for another 3days. It was Christmas week and me and my husband had to sleep on our sofa for 4nights. When the bed arrived it was very bad quality, Staples holding cheap pallet wood. The headboard had a bump down the middle which felt like a chunk of wood. Very unsafe. But as we was desperate we kept it hoping for the best. It lasted a couple of months and collapsed as I got into bed one night. (I'm not a heavy person) their beds are just so cheaply made they are just waiting to fall to bits. I messaged on Facebook, they claimed I must have jumped on it, then blocked me. 269 pounds wasted. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

   290 I paid for 2 divan bed and mattresses which ended up breaking I tried to contact company no joy had to by new beds for my kids bed were basically card stapled to flimsy wood which looks like a fire hazard discusting

   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FAULTY BED AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPLACE. TRIED TO COMMUNICATE OVER MESSENGER AND TOLD I AM MAKING DEMANDS AND THEN BLOCKED FROM MESSENGER AND FB PAGE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Do not buy from them I got a double bed it broke in 3days ive messaged them on Facebook and now they have blocked me they keep reading my WhatsApp and blanking them waste company going

   Disgusting service bed broke within a few days asked to replace was told it was my fault when assembling it. It’s a divan bed doesn’t need to be assembled it was just faulty and poor quality. Absolutely rude they were and then blocked me off there Facebook and messenger so I couldn’t have it sorted

   Poor service and unreliable left me thinking they may not be legit, luckily I chose to pay cash on delivery and not choose the pay in advance by PayPal option. I chose my bed via Facebook, arranged delivery, dismantled my old bed and arranged for it to be collected. I did not receive the text to confirm delivery the day before so I messaged them, to be informed there had been a mix up and they then offered me other delivery options for the following week, of course this was no good to me as Wednesday is my only day off work and I needed a bed that day, but also sent alarm bells ringing that this May of been a con. I cancelled my order and they thought I was being unreasonable because they had apologised. This has put me off ordering on Facebook now, I will stick to going to a bed shop.

   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The "bed" was put together with staples. It was cheap pallet wood, with badly fitted and cut material again stapled to hold it in place. These staples are already falling out. My daughter sat on the bed and a slat cracked where a knot in the wood was. I sent a message within in hours of delivery and then pictures. Was told it was solid wood and wouldn't break. That it hadn't broken at the knot. You could clearly see it had. Was told I could take it back to the manufacturer. -so take a bed 2 and a half hours drive away from me. Then blocked from being able to post a review on website. Reporting to trading standards. Rude and unhelpful.
