    Don’t buy anything from this company is first and the last time We bought a sofa bed in Beckton store from display nobody say it was broken I call and send messages many times to them nobody answer customer service very bad. They are very unprofessional and haven’t resolved or tried to do anything , Nobody please buy anything from here , they are SCAMS.

    I went to harlow shop the following day to cancel an order I had placed for a wardrobe set from this store. They originally said that as the order had already been placed, it could not be cancelled. The employee in the store acts as though he is unaware of the cancellation policy when I show them theirs. They had earlier informed me that it would take about two weeks for the item to arrive. However, they have since said that it has been ordered and is currently en route, so they are unable to cancel. else they'll impose a 20% fee on me He informed me that their policy did not apply to the Harlow business after we declined and showed them the webpage. He later stated that he would charge us 15% for cancellation. After we refused, he finally claimed he would have to pay a 10% cancellation charge. We had no other choice except to lose our hard-earned money for nothing in less than a day. It was extremely bad experience for me Feel like being scammed

    Do not purchase here! We ordered a sofa almost 2 weeks ago, and on Monday 30th January we were contacted to say due to a large amount of damage on the sofa they wouldn’t send this out, offered a replacement (wrong colour) and agreed to provide a refund in 3-5 working days. We have chased this refund through numerous calls (voicemail - they never pick up the phone) and emails. We have not received any response & will be escalating this to the ombudsman if we don’t hear imminently!

    1st class service. Absolutely amazing furniture company. Had exactly what I wanted & by far the cheapest online. Communication was great from start to finish. Delivery was super quick within 2 days. Delivery driver was very friendly too. Overall cannot praise them enough. Super happy.

    I cannot say enough good things about this company! Firstly they had exactly what I wanted, secondly, they had it at a very reasonable price. Thirdly, they delivered it within 24 hours!!!! The customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.

    I bought a wardrobe for my daughter a month ago and I have had nothing but trouble since I got it. First of all on the day of the delivery they broke the wardrobe while trying to dismantle it and so had to order another one and my daughter had no wardrobe for an extra day. And since then the doors have broken and come off of the runners 4 times and all four times they have come to my house and fixed it, I told them that if it breaks again I would like an exchange and they basically ignored my comment. Since then it has broken again and I went round to the shop and explained my situation, I said that the wardrobe is clearly faulty and I would like to exchange for a new wardrobe of the same brand, he said that I would have to pay for an exchange even though it is the same wardrobe I just want a new one because my one is faulty. I've been in touch with my solicitor and he said that they should give me an exchange for free as the item is faulty and they refuse to do so. Overall I am not happy at all with my experience with this shop, the staff was rude and sarcastic and they dont like to work with people the way they should do.

    This was my first time being in Croydon and surprisingly this store had just opened. So i went in for a look as i needed a new sofa for in the house. Got myself a brand new sofa and it sooo comfy. Staff were really helpful and the delivery man was great! Carried it up two sets of stairs as i live in a flat
