   I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful, and I genuinely believe their business practices are dishonest and unprofessional. I spent nearly £15,000 on furniture, and the entire process has been a nightmare. I ordered a storage bed, but the wrong model was delivered. Instead of replacing it with the correct one, the owner tried to modify it by adding a mattress and other materials to “turn it into” a storage bed. When I asked for a proper replacement, he refused and said a technician would come to fix it. It has now been over two months, and no one has shown up. The bed is so flimsy that I’ve had to buy a new one from another company. The wardrobe order was just as frustrating. The owner again delivered the wrong one—twice. After several weeks, I finally received the correct model, but it’s still unassembled because the same “fixing person” never arrived. I’ve now had to hire someone privately to assemble it, costing me even more money. To make matters worse, the owner is extremely rude and hangs up the phone whenever I try to resolve issues. The delivery team also seems unprofessional — they’re often very young (one of them appears to be his son) and arrive unannounced, very late in the evening, only to drop off items without installation. This entire experience has caused me unnecessary stress. My home has been cluttered and disorganized for months because of their delays and lack of accountability. I’ve attached photos showing the unassembled furniture that’s been sitting here for over two months. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and in my opinion, deceptive in how they conduct business.

   ⚠️ WARNING: Please read before purchasing from this store! I recently moved into a new home and decided to buy new furniture. Our usual furniture store in Wembley was temporarily closed for renovations, so we looked elsewhere and came across this shop. At first glance, the showroom looked beautiful — however, don’t be fooled by appearances, as the quality is nowhere near what it seems. We purchased two full bedroom sets, six rugs, two sofas, cushions, a TV stand, and a tea table. The owner was very pushy, repeatedly claiming the items were “high-end and imported from Italy.” His manner was off-putting, and his wife (the lady at the front desk) was equally rude. When discussing prices, the wife kept asking whether to “change the price,” while the owner ignored her — not exactly inspiring confidence. Despite this, we went ahead and paid a £3,000 deposit with the clear agreement that the balance would be paid after delivery. Weeks went by with no updates. We eventually had to call them ourselves, and the owner suddenly promised next-day delivery — as if he had forgotten entirely. When the furniture finally arrived, his son (the delivery person) demanded an additional £13,000 upfront, which was not part of the agreement. After we reminded the owner of our arrangement, he hung up on us — extremely unprofessional. We initially wanted to cancel the order and request a refund of our deposit, but he stopped answering calls and messages. Eventually, we decided to proceed just to avoid losing our money. When the items arrived, the quality was shocking. The bed was unstable, the lamps looked second-hand and didn’t work, and several pieces were poorly made. Two months later, we’re still waiting for the “fixing person” the owner promised to send. The storage bed we ordered wasn’t even the correct model. In summary: This business is unreliable, unprofessional, and deceptive. They overpromise, underdeliver, and ignore customers once payment is made. Please avoid this store at all costs. Don’t be swayed by appearances or false claims — especially if you’re trusting their words made under oath, as their actions do not reflect honesty.

   Very bad customer service and poor quality furniture not worth the price! Bought a bed set for 3000£ it didn’t last a year also to note that they gave me the set that was on display very poor quality I don’t recommend them no any one! Don’t waste your money in the low quality place!

   I bought some dinning chairs which looked very nice at a glance, after a couple of weeks they started to fall apart. I contacted the store and the person on the line was very unprofessional, telling me I have no right to my money back and that I should use an allen key to tighten it. The fixtures were incomplete and bits coming out from the bottom where the screws are located, the legs were rocking back and forth. These were not cheap to buy but cheaply put together by crooks.

   I ordered the marble dining set and coffee table from them and have been extremely happy with their service and quality of products. The staff are kind and very helpful. The delivery driver brought everything up to our flat on 2nd floor and assembled all the parts with care. I recommend people to use this store, their prices are cheaper compared to majority of furniture retailers out there.
