This was our first time buying a sofa here. Although there was a slight problem during delivery, the branch manager worked hard to help resolve it. Thank you! Also, the sofa we bought is of excellent quality, has a beautiful design, and is very comfortable; we love it.

Just bought a corner sofa with DmNew Malden, and I'm really happy with their service. Harold took me through the whole process and was exceptionally knowledgeable, he was excellent at his job. I got a fantastic deal as the sofa was new in and at a great price. I'm a disabled man and really needed a sofa to support my back. The Orka corner sofa suggested by Harold was perfect in every way. We were give a hot chocolate and a nice comfy seat whilst we went through the details. I can honestly say, I'll recommend them to anyone, a really great service all round from the moment we walked in, no waiting around and was given space to look around. It turned out that the first suggestion to look at was the one I finally went with. Thank you Harold and DFS!

One of the worst experience of my life . I ordered a sofa have to wait 5 weeks and delivered second hand damaged sofa. After my 4 th visit agreed to order new one and have to wait another 5 weeks. Yesterday after 6 weeks again second hand damaged broken sofa brought which i refused got all photos

Terrible quality sofas. This is how it looks from day one. Store manager deemed thereβs no manufacturing fault and refused to take it back. Few months later they offered to repair it. Itβs funny, how at first you say itβs all ok, and then you offer to repair it. And they call it a goodwill gesture even after they dared to deliver this to their customer. You donβt expect to get this low quality sofa, when spending Β£2500. And also, last thing you want to have something βrepairedβ which is clearly wrong from day one, and should have been returned straight away.

Terrible customer service from DFS as a whole, I should have cancelled when the sales person was being pushy. 4 months later I still do not have the item, chased for a month and no response. They have taken my order off the tracker so I cannot track anymore. Contacted customer service and they cannot give timescales. They are ignoring my emails at head office. I called up customer service and they said they are checking with their distribution centre, waiting on the phone in radio silence, soon as they said βhelloβ they hanged up. They do not even give you the option to cancel and they are heartless as Iβve told iβm having treatment.

Very bad experience, recently ordered two sofas and it came with default itβs looks like an old used sofa.we complained next day and emailed them but no one dealt with us in satisfactory way . Still waiting for their response. Weβve spent considerable amount and we received bad quality sofas. Strongly not recommend to everyone please donβt go and waste your money.

Staff unhelpful, we had a budget of around Β£3000 to spend on a sofa set but staff wanted to help other, fairer -skinned customers. One staff member we approached gave us directions without physically moving from the spot, rather keeping his hands at his side and nodding to each of the two halves of the store. Without exaggeration, I am well versed in customer service - and none was to be found during this visit unfortunately. Sofology would be a nearby, competitively priced non-racist alternative.

Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with both store manager, service department and customer service team. My advice is to stay away from such company due to the incompetent customer service manager and customer service manager. Purchased a Β£3000.00 sofa that has proven to be defective and not as displayed in the show room of quality. Sadly said, never again DFDS
