   Shaz and his team were brilliant in getting my new carpet fitted. Having explored a few other carpet shops, they were able to fit the quickest (6 days from order to fitted) and their prices were extremely competitive. They came to measure up in the flat with their samples which allowed me to visualise the colours before ordering and even gave me advice on whether or not I needed to change my underlay. After ordering they confirmed the date of the installation and showed up promptly. There were minor hiccups during installation as the carpet I ordered was too thick for the doors but they handled it like pros and sorted it out the next day. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others. Thanks K2 team

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently used K2 Carpets – Rayners Lane and the deserve 6 stars! I got them to fit a new thick carpet with underlay in my lounge, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. The team were efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional – they worked quickly, did a fantastic job, and even took away the old carpet, leaving everything spotless. Everything from start to finish was done within a week! The customer service was outstanding throughout, from ordering to installation, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The carpet itself is beautiful, soft underfoot, and easy to clean. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend K2 Carpets to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service

   Shaz and his father were extremely polite and helpful. They both gave us great advise on which carpet range was best for our needs and visited us several times with carpet samples until we were happy with our choices. We had shopped around for carpets quite a bit and K2 gave us an excellent price with a really good quality underlay. Whilst the shop itself is slightly dated they actually have a huge range to choose from. My only gripe was the fitting of 1 door bar sticking slightly out (as seen in one of the images). Had the carpet fitter mentioned it in time we could have quickly trimmed down the flooring. Aside from that we're still glad we used K2 and would 100% recommend them.
