   I feel so grateful to use Dougies. They go the extra mile to help , in my case I was taken ill and had to get home. They went out of their way to reschedule their day to get me home asap. I want to thank them for all they did to help. I would not hesitate to contact them whenever I need to go somewhere. Reliable, kind and thoughtful. Driven home in a beautiful vehicle , making sure that I was comfortable along the way.

   Dougie’s Door to Door was absolutely fantastic to work with during our wedding week in Leeds. We hired private shuttles for more than 40 guests arriving at the Leeds train station and heading to our venue, and the team made coordinating everything feel effortless. With so many people arriving at once, we were grateful for how smoothly and swiftly they transported all of our tired guests. Their team was always prompt and reliable, arriving exactly on time and ensuring we were where we needed to be for every event. The service was so seamless that we ended up making additional bookings throughout our stay in Leeds, and once again the experience was safe, efficient and incredibly easy. We are so appreciative of the outstanding service and professionalism. We cannot recommend Dougie’s Door to Door highly enough.

   Used Dougie's taxis for collection from a wedding at Hornington Manor on Saturday 25/10 and it was perfect. We booked the night before. Paid by a link sent as a text message prior to travel so nothing to worry about on the day. I received a text 10 mins before the time we were being collected as a reminder he was on his way and bank on 10pm he arrived to collect us. Our drop off was in Leeds and the ride was great and I would definitely recommend and use Dougie's Taxis again. Thanks for a seamless process and problem free experience

   Really friendly, reliable, and an all round great experience. Jack was our driver and, although we had some timing issues on one journey, and needed an earlier pickup on the other, he was totally flexible and accommodating. Fantastic service. Will definitely use again when we're in the area.
