Phone answered quickly by a lovely lady. Taxi arrived quickly with a wonderful driver who was helpful, courteous, chatty and professional. Text message to advise vehicle had arrived. All round great service!
First time of using this company. Taxis were on time for inward and return journeys. Confirmation texts received when despatched and another upon arrival. Both drivers were very kind and friendly. Would have no hesitation in booking again when in the area or recommending to others.
The communication was good. The arrival was prompt. My driver was helpful and engaged in interesting conversation. He assisted with my suitcase got me to the station in plenty of time and wished me well. I would thoroughly recommend this service and use the company again
Nice, quiet polite driver. Turned up 5 mins early. Sent a text message to alert me rather than beeping the horn (it was an early morning trip so the neighbours will appreciate that). Drove swiftly but safely. Helpful when I needed to stop en route.
Both drivers were really good. The first driver contacted the taxi company to confirm the details for my return journey as it was on a retail park. The driver for my return journey was late arriving due to severe heavy rain and traffic queuing to leave the retail park car park following a football match but apologised and although we were then stationary for long periods due once again to heavy rain and queuing traffic he managed to make headway and was really good. Both drivers were really good but my second driver certainly deserved five stars for his friendliness and professionalism in getting me back to my hotel in horrendous weather conditions. Many thanks.
We booked a taxi a week ahead for a journey to a family funeral 80 miles away. Great service, helpful driver who arrived on time, comfortable car, and took the stress out of what could have been a difficult day. The app is great to track bookings and progress, and my initial telephone enquiry and later call to slightly amend the journey details were dealt with courteously.
I called for a taxi at 9:30; our driver arrived a minute or so early so we were driving off at the reserved time. He was also cheerful and friendly. Very fair price for the distance. Recommended!
Outstanding service wasted no time in rescuing us after our car broke down on a miserable cold wet Sunday where my stress levels were off the scale. The driver( sorry did not get his name) was a delight , chatting away and knowledgeable could not do enough to assist us. If there was more than 5 stars u earned it 100% recommendation.
Really good experience from ordering my taxi, to letting me know it was on its way, when it had arrived, and getting use to our appointment on time. Really nice staff… very impressed.
My daughters and I were on our first visit to York and on departing our apartment thought it best to leave our luggage at 'left luggage' at the train station for the day as our train wasn't until late afternoon. Given suggested taxi firms to call by the apartment owner left phone numbers of taxi firms. My first call to a taxi firm told me it would be an hour so was very pleased when I called yourselves and told one would be shortly. On arrival our driver pleasantly left the taxi and called name and assisted us with our luggage. On conversation to the station it was mentioned that we were leaving our luggage at left luggage and our driver very kindly took us to the door which was much appreciated.
